Students Programme

We offer Year 10, 11 and 6th Form students opportuites for 1 to 2 week work experiences placements to experience what it is like to work in a nursery environment with children of all ages and working alongside our nursery teams/ All placements are unpaid.

We also run longer placements for students in college and university doing childcare or teaching qualifications such as NVQ’s or Diplomas.

N.B. All students on placements will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) / ISA registration check when this comes into force, before your placement can start.

N.B. restrictions apply to some duties students undertake.

Our student Officers and Mentors care about giving you the support you need to complete your course and learn as much as you can during your time with us. So whether you need some help to arrange an activity to lead, or arranging your assessor to visit, we will do our best to help you.
